I always like to think Lane told her about the job opening for principal and she came up from San Diego to take it. Now of course they work together in Hollywood Arts.
Found it cool and great when Helen appeared since she was memorable in Drake & Josh, do somewhat relate to Tori’s fear of falling off the roof on set, and appreciated the jokes so far in this series ❤

I hadn’t seen Drake and Josh in a long while when this show aired, so I didn’t fully recognize Helen back then. But watching now, this is basically Nickelodeon’s version of the MCU! Also I don’t like how Tori spared Trina the pain of rejection and such. I have siblings so I can kinda understand, but if I had an obnoxious sister like Trina I would bring her to Helen so she can HEAR that she doesn’t have any talent. Especially after that couch conversation.
The whole world of Victorious is confusing because we had drake and saw spencer or was that him because the same actor who play Spencer was in drake and josh and now we have helen so is drake and Josh in the same word as victorious + icary because they have a cross over but it feels like it is not Canon also in one episode of icarly carly was watching drake and Josh as a Easter egg but she never say she watch it but you can hear her voice on the tv my head hurts.😵

However, I have to wonder, since Helen no longer lives in San Diego, and doesn't work at the Premiere Theater anymore, who is Josh's new manager? If he even works there anymore. I’ve seen Daniella Monet, (a.k.a. Trina), in other roles and I thought she was pretty good. So imagine the irony that an actress has to act like they have no talent whatsoever.
0:38 The way I see it, surprises can be entertaining but they have to make logical sense to the story and the characters. You can’t just subvert expectations without thinking things through the story just ends up being a big mess. That’s where The Last Jedi failed. People talk down cliches and tropes and while some of the are definitely worth leaving in the past, as long as they’re executed well even if they’re somewhat similar to another story, that isn’t a bad thing(but keep in mind there is a big difference between having similarities and outright plagiarism).
Tori is really talented Helen should've tried to kick her out. Also when I younger I didn't watch Drake and Josh because I didn't like the show before so I had no idea who Helen was.
I mean not getting the part but getting in the moive as a stunt double is a lot better then nothing at least you get to work with the main actress more often then most people depending if she’s a drama queen or not
